Yellow Watchman Goby
Yellow Watchman Gobies form remarkable symbiotic partnerships with pistol shrimp, standing guard while their burrow-mate digs. Their independently moving eyes detect threats from any angle, and they signal danger with a distinctive tail wiggle. Juveniles often display steel blue coloring before maturing into golden yellow with turquoise markings. Peaceful toward other fish, they're hardy feeders accepting frozen mysis, brine shrimp, and pellets. Approximate size: 1.25"–1.5".
