They're prone to nibbling tubeworms in reef environments and release toxic ostracitoxin when stressed, which can be lethal to tank mates. Feed live brine shrimp or bloodworms initially, then transition to chopped squid, clams, mussels, and herbivore preparations. Not recommended for beginners or community tanks.
